L’idée : Concierge de maisons et appartements durant les vacances des habitants Vous partez en vacances et nous continuons à faire fonctionner votre habitation

Le fonctionnement: nous nous occupons des animaux de compagnie : repas, sorties, changement de litière, d’eau d’eaud’aquarium… , nous ouvrons et fermons les rideaux et volets, allumons et éteignons les lumières pour tromper les cambrioleurs, arrosons les plantes intérieures et extérieures, tondons la pelouses, entretenons les piscines, allumons le chauffage avant votre retour…

Investissement de départ : une petite camionnette

Originalité : plus besoin de demander à un voisin ou à un membre de la famille
