L’idée : Auberge medievale itinérante

Le fonctionnement :Sur la vague des food truck, une auberge ititnérante proposant une carte axée sur des produits terroirs, travaillant avec des fournisseur locaux, plats médievaux, authentiques, ou a thême fantasy, sur marchés, foires, manifestations médiévales

Originalité : Plusieurs thêmes pouvant être declinés, médieval, fantastique, avec des animations ( combats a l’épée etc) pouvant être proposées.
